In our Pig-To-Pork Series, join us for a hands-on, craft butchery experience! Here is what you can expect.

  1. A whole hog butchery demo by our skilled butchers, reviewing anatomy, primals and cooking tips
  2. Hands-on butchering experience breaking down, boning out and skinning subprimals of pork
  3. Discussions on sourcing, sustainability & labeling in our local food system throughout the class
  4. Afterwards we'll enjoy some porky goodness prepared by our culinary team and beers from Craft Kitchen


We request that all attendees wear a hat, closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting a bit meaty
On cold days we recommend bring a long sleeve shirt, thermal shirt, or a sweatshirt you can move in.
